Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400F 200C
In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with cornstarch until evenly coated
Add soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss again to coat the tofu thoroughly
Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown
