Turkey Stuffing Balls in the Air Fryer



These turkey stuffing balls that are air-fried are a fun take on regular stuffing. The outside is crispy, the inside is soft, and they're full of tasty flavors. It tastes great as a snack any time of the year or as a side dish for your holiday meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped carrot, minced garlic, dried sage, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper

Mix well

Add the chicken broth and beaten egg to the mixture

Mix until everything is well combined

Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C

Shape the turkey stuffing mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a plate

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking

Place the turkey stuffing balls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other

Cook in the air fryer at 375F 190C for 12-15 minutes, or until the stuffing balls are golden brown and cooked through

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious air-fried turkey stuffing balls!
