Ingredients:
- 4 sea bass fillets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Place sea bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Spread pesto sauce evenly over the top of each sea bass fillet
Arrange cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash around the sea bass fillets on the baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season everything with salt and pepper
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
